орбита
Траектория движения космического аппарата вокруг Земли под воздействием гравитационных сил. Орбиты бывают геостационарные и негеостационарные, круговые и эллиптические (рис. О-6). Большинство негеостационарных орбит строятся по принципу колец, в каждом из которых находится по несколько спутников, движущихся в одной орбитальной плоскости и образующих так называемый пояс связи.
